How I created a vintage-inspired evening dress to wear for my new years eve. I think this style could also be very cute as a prom dress. I didn't even realize at the time, but it looks a lot like an handmaid's tv show dress, maybe use it as a costume inspiration? I realize this is an old video, but if anyone can help me with this problem, I would really appreciate it. I am making these type of bracelets to sell and I know how to make them, but I cannot figure out how to get them the correct size. Let's say for example I want the bracelet opening to adjust between the sizes of 6 inches to 10 inches. How do I make this possible. Am I suppose to place the knots a certain distance apart, am I suppose to have a certain amount of double cord between the knots? I just can't figure this out :( Exact measurements are important to me so I can be consistent in my size offerings on my website.

PUL is waterproof fabric . I bought mine at Hobby Lobby because Joann Fabric was out of stock. I got on a 40% off sale , I think was about $4.19 per yard on sale.

3:57 adding the white cord, giving it 2 extra cords and you skip over that!?! Gonna try to do my best being fairly new with these things. Taking me way longer trying to figure out where to tie the white to light blue then purple and how many knot!?! Frusterating.
